At HealthCare Naturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully create and pack our products to ensure the best quality reaches you. Please read our refund and return policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care, skincare, and healthcare products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

To be eligible for a return request:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase and clear images/videos of the issue must be provided

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped or

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Minor packaging differences that do not affect product quality

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Images or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem
